Hi! I am renting my bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 apartment in Brooklyn to someone interested in a short-term summer stay. Specific start and end dates are flexible, but the general availability is between July 3 and August 24.

- 2 spacious closets with doors
- Large window provides a lot of sunlight, potential for installing AC unit

Apartment features:
- In unit washer and dryer!!
- Recently renovated with modern look
- High ceilings
- 2 separate bathrooms, 1 with toilet and bathtub and 1 with just toilet.
- Kitchen available for cooking
- Top floor of 4th floor walk up building

Location:
- 7 minute walk to D train station
- Bus stop directly in front of apartment that will take you to the nearby waterfront and shopping complex with Target, BJs, Crunch Fitness, etc in 10 minutes (or 20 minute walk)
- Neighborhood is generally very safe and has many restaurants and supermarkets.

The other two bedrooms in the apartment are occupied by a man in his 30s and a woman in her 50s. They are respectful and quiet and are looking for someone similar! Feel free to ask me any questions about the apartment.
