About us: Our names are Jacob (26M) and Alex (24M), We like to cook, watch anime, play video games, and are just looking for someone we get along with and can share our space with. Our main hope is to find someone clean and tidy as neither of us really make any messes. Jacob has lived in the apartment for 5 years, and Alex ~10 months.
Everything is very close and within walking distance. N train is less than 10 minutes away, and D train is 10-15 minutes away. Laundromat, grocery stores, delis, banks, and anything else you need are all within a few blocks.
Internet and Electric split 3 ways
Water and gas included.
Security Deposit of one months rent on move-in
