5 bedrooms (2 offices), 2 bathrooms, all with high ceilings, central air-conditioning, and a dishwasher. The building has a laundry and a rooftop with Manhattan views.

I’m looking for a roommate for a newly renovated Crown Heights apartment. It is a 5-minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains (20 mins to Manhattan), a block away from the restaurants and cafes of Franklin Ave, and walking distance to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum. The building is great and the landlord is very considerate and kind. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Bedroom 1 + Office 1 (TAKEN): The second roommate would have a 7x12 ft sunlit bedroom and an accompanying 8x11 foot office space.

Bedroom 2 ($1,550/mo): The third roommate would have an 11x12 ft bedroom with fire escape access.

Both rooms have a shared bathroom and a tall closet with storage cubbies within each bedroom. Roommates would enter a flexible term sublease through me and present the first month’s rent, as well as a $390 security deposit for move-in. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Some more about us: The first roommate is a 29-year-old man who works remotely in marketing. The second roommate is a 26-year-old man who works remotely in graphic design. We both tend to be very personable and like hanging out in the living room. We're hoping to find roommates who are down to hang out or get drinks on occasion but are also respectful of each other’s space. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
