Spacious Room In A 2BR With A Chill Roommate

Unfortunately, the person who was previously going to move in had a family emergency and won't be able to move in anymore. So now, I'm back on here to look for a new roommate.

The place is near the border of Sunset Park and Borough Park, Brooklyn. It's a 10 minute walk to the N train, a 10 minute walk to the D train, and a 15 minute walk to the R train. If you're not familiar with Sunset Park, it's an Asian and Latinx neighborhood with lots of great places to eat on 8th avenue and 5th avenue.

The place is a 2 bedroom apartment that you’d share with me. You’d get the bigger bedroom.

There’s already couches and a TV in the living room. And there's a dining room table, and there's a coffee table in the living room now. (They aren't in the pics since I took the pics before I got the dining room table and the coffee table).

The bedroom you’d use has a TV on the wall already that you can use as well. There’s an empty closet near the bathroom (and right outside the bedroom’s door) you can use too.

Got lots of pots and pans for the kitchen, which has an electric stove and microwave. Rent is $900 a month which includes utilities.

The laundromat is also literally one block away.

No pets allowed (since I’m allergic). No smoking inside. Security deposit is one month’s rent.
