Room for sublet availible in this 2 bedroom apt (I will be in other room), on 2nd floor, in Park Slope. Available April 1st to August 31st. You will pay less than half of full apt rent, and I would be paying for electric/gas.

The bedroom tennant would be renting is 11x13 feet, with window and large closet in the room and a shared coat closet in living space.
Living space is fully firnished as is (couch, dining room table + stools, kitchen island, coffee table), so tennant would not have much room to put couch in shared living space, but a livingroom chair or something of that size could likely fit. There will also be room in kitchen if tennant has plants/pots/pans/whatever they'd like to store.

About me:
I'm a 26yr old therapist who works from home on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I would request a generally quiet atmosphere during those working hours. Otherwise I keep to myself, but I'm also open minded and social in the right circumstances (I will likely cook you baked ziti 💕). I'm allergic to cats so only stipulation is that applicant would not bring a cat into the home.

-letting roommate (me) know when more than 2 people will be visiting
