Sunny Brooklyn room just 1 minute off Q train!

Our really bright and cozy Brooklyn apartment, just 1 minute off the Q train, has a free room from Jun 1st on.

You may be able to move in even before Jun 1st (from May 21st onward).

We are three women in their late 20s/early 30s working at major companies in Tech and Finance. I will be moving out, and you will be the third tenant. Lease and furniture takeover required. The furniture is minimalist, and we think it is just the best way to use the space.

Also, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including abundant kitchen equipment and our very sizable living room. Our kitchen is also large, which will be perfect for an avid chef.

Even if you don't cook, you won't be starving, though, thankfully. We live one minute from Vanderbilt Avenue and not much further from the buzz of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. Vanderbilt Avenue is fully closed to traffic on the weekends in the summer, and we love it there. Even better, Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden are five minutes away and will be a real boon and nature refuge in the spring and summer (cherry blossoms!).

Some more facts on the truly amazing location: Citi bike stops (two!) in front of our house (to the front and to the back). In addition to the Q train just in front of our house, there are the 2 and 3 trains at Grand Army Plaza 4 minutes away. It takes you 10 minutes walking to Atlantic Terminal with the LIRR, the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R. As said, we have our own little Q and B train stop just in front of our house which brings you to Atlantic in less than 1 minute.

The room itself is very bright but small. Average New York small, though. It is furnished with a full-sized bed, including a high-quality mattress, a desk, and shelves. It also features a nice vanity mirror.

We have two bathrooms and share them among the three of us.

We have A/C In the room and the common area!

We also have an in-unit washer and dryer.

We even have a dishwasher.

We really have it all!

We are looking for someone who is in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties.
