Comfortable Single room.

I'm looking for a nice, respectful working person to rent a room. If I rent the room, it is for you only, not your friends or family. I have 2 bathrooms, one has a tub and shower. A kitchen you can cook. No late night cooking. The room has two windows. The building is quiet, but you may hear outside noise. But mainly pretty quiet No smoking at all in the apartment or hallway. C train two blocks away, which leads you to the A. J. and L trains that lead you to the 2.3.4 5 and 6 trains. Laundry mat is across the street, plenty of Deli's in the area and a pizza shop. So if you need a great, safe place to stay please contact me. Please have proof of work and references. I prefer an older person renting the room. Thank you.
