Looking for an employed, chill person, down to earth, honest, friendly. Most importantly someone with integrity. People from all walks of life welcome. As long as you're able to clean up and pay rent on time, we should be good. Singles preferred, but if not, rent will be roughly double the posted price.

I produce music, play piano, organize events, work in audio and production. Similar interests would be ideal but not mandatory.

I appreciate my space and alone time but like connecting too. It's a very large 3 bedroom with a private backyard. Currently working on fixing it up to plant some flowers, fruits & veggies.
