Includes all utilities, WiFi, free laundry and garden access. No smoking of any substance, no vaping of any substance, no illegal drugs, no parties, must clean up after yourself (no dirty dishes, no crumbs, wipe up, sweep, mop), must recycle per NYC recycling regulations including brown composting. Three roommates plus married owners stay in the apt when in Brooklyn. Currently roommates are male and female. Month to month, 30 days notice, one month security. Paperwork and lease.
