Hello! I have one private unfurnished room available with a closet and tall windows. There’s room for a queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk, and even a small futon. The apartment is cozy with one shared bathroom with a large mirror and a tub, a living room, two separate closets in the living room area (One would be yours to use) full kitchen, and cabinet space.

The rent is $2075.00 per month and the utilities are about $150-$190 per month depending on the season (Wifi and Electricity) I am looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of the lease (June- October) and also resign with me for a new 1-year lease afterward. The building has a doorman, screening room, laundry in the building, and rooftop access.

The area is fantastic- it is a 30-second walk from the C (13-minute train ride to lower Manhattan) and S trains, a 15-minute walk from the G. There are great bars and restaurants all within walking distance (less than 15 minutes), and a grocery store on the same block.

I'm a homebody who is communicative and friendly. I am also boosted and COVID-conscious. I’m looking for an LGBTQIA+ friendly roommate who is communicative, who pays all bills on time, and wants to maintain a peaceful, tidy space. Let me know if you are interested in the space!
