Bright room in a 2 bedroom apartment

Hi! I am looking for a sublet for my bedroom in a 2b1b in Bedford-Stuyvesant, available anytime until August 1, with an option to renew the lease. The room is $1300 a month, all utilities included. My roommate and I are both students but I will be interning in Seattle this summer. The apartment is across the street from the Franklin Ave subway station and is a 6 minute ride to Downtown Brooklyn, 24 minute ride to Times Square. It has a large grocery/general store connected to the building.

The bedroom will be furnished like the pictures minus the piano (unless you play then I can leave it haha). The kitchen has everything stocked. My roommate and I like to keep the apartment very clean and it is a shoes off household.

There are two laundry facilities, in the basement and 4th floor of the building and outdoor space on the roof and 3rd floor. There is a doorman and the building requires a scanner to enter.
