Master bedroom with an attached bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The cute room is sunny and has the fire escape, if you like to garden. 2nd floor of a walk-up building and there is laundry in the building. Avg utilities per person ~$70 in the cooler months and $85-$90. Rent per month is $1300 and the security deposit is 1 month’s rent

Transit: R, F, G, bus stops
The R is about a 7 min walk and the F/G 12 min. There is a bus stop at the top of our block

Roommates:
1 late 20s woman and 1 cat. I’m a grad student. I like to socialize out of the house and generally keep to my room. But enjoy being friendly with my roommate. I like to keep common areas neat but don’t mind if there are a couple dishes in the sink. Beany (6 year old cat) is very sweet and pretty friendly but spends most of his time in my room or on the couch so you won’t have to worry about cat hair on your bed!

I’m allergic to dogs but would welcome another cat in the house if you have one (or two)!

Looking for someone who can stay through Nov (6 months). There is an option to renew the lease for a year starting Dec 1
