Sun Filled Room Near Franklin Ave C

We have a room available in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Clinton Hill / Bed Stuy. Price is 1698 per month. The room has big windows with lots of sunlight and space for a queen size bed. The unit has a private outdoor terrace that you can’t find anywhere else in the city. The apartment has a gym and laundry in the building. We’re a 20 minute train ride to Lower Manhattan, about 25 minutes to Williamsburg, and can access transit very easily. Pete are allowed and I am hoping to adopt a cat soon.
