WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:

- 1 Working professional with a full-time on-site job, and is as ocd about cleanliness, order, and having a calm quiet home space as I am.
- Punctual rent
- Someone who does not have guests coming and going.
- Someone who does not keep dirty dishes, and empties the dish rack.

MOVE IN:
- 1 Month security deposit
- 1st Month rent
- 60 day notice upon move out
- UTILITIES SPLIT - these do fluxuate.

Split utilities with 1 person: Myself o Wi-Fi - $30 - $51 month divided by 2 o Gas – usually $17 - $21 month divided by 2 o Electric – season dependent, divided by 2 – if you do not use an A/C I will consider a reduced electric split.

ABOUT MYSELF:

I am very clean, quiet, and tidy, striving to be a full-blown minimalist so I can travel the world freely without baggage holding me down.

Keeping the apartment a quiet, calm solace from the outside world is a necessity for me. I am conscientious of how sound travels, so when in the public area I am considerate of that for my roommate.

I do smoke marijuana medicinally by prescription, for pain from a spine injury which I will be getting surgery for soon. I do not blow the apartment with smoke; I take a hit or 2 as prescribed and blow it out of the window. – I do not like the place smelling like smoke. yuk.

I am on the autistic spectrum but highly functioning and “normal”. For me it comes down mostly to auditory, visual, smell, and how I experience physical touch.

I am social, but not overly social. I understand we both have our private lives, and also am juggling so many things on my plate at one time, that it’s hard to be too social, to keep up with all I’m doing. So, I’m often a drive-by hello guy hahaha.
