$750 Furnished Room

Hello! I am renting a bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The room is available now.

The room includes a closet and is furnished with a twin size bed.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (no stairs!).

The neighborhood is quiet and laid-back. The nearest trains are the L (Wilson Avenue), and the J (Chauncey Street). There is also a bus stop across the street and a Citi Bike kiosk down the block.

To move in you would need first month's rent ($750), security deposit ($750), and $50 utility deposit for $1,550 total. Long term or short term is okay. Ideal roommate is female, self-aware, kind, respectful, hygienic, and communicative.
