KING size room in BUSHWICK, near great public transportation, L, J, Z, M - Most importantly close to L train - can be FURNISHED. Available from January 23. 2024., until May 01. 2024.. There is possibility of renewed tenancy after May 01 but not certain yet.
The room currently has KING bed, bookshelf and decent size dresser - plenty of furniture can fit in comfortably. I don't have a good picture of the room.
There is a closet and AC in the room.
If you want to be close to the best public transportation this is the right place for you - the L train as well as J, Z, M are very close - about 5 minute walk or less if you are fast.
The full bath has two entrances, and is on the upper level where the bedrooms are. The half bath is on the lower level.
Current tenants keep the apartment very clean and organized . You could not  leave dishes in the sink, or you couldn't leave bathroom messy. So, even if you are busy you would need to save time to be clean up.
Utilities are included in rent.
In the front yard there is a parcel box for your packages.
