We have a magnificent room available 9/1 maybe earlier..
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn. On a tree lined street and one block to the subway, L train off the Jefferson stop, about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, you would be sharing common areas with two awesome roommates male and female..

We are looking for someone super chill, responsible, respectful, financially stable, clean, LGBT friendly and very mature. Someone who collaborates in the common areas and pays bills on time. Who has experience in living with roommates, who knows that we all take turns at taking out garbage, contribute to household products, cleans, loves and respects our place and everyone’s space and time.

The room is large not furnished, it accommodates one person, it has a window hardwood floors, high ceilings and walk-in closet, it fits a full size bed, dresser and night stand. The rent for the room is $1275 per month plus utilities and wifi.

You would need the first month rent and security deposit, no broker fee and co-signers are welcome.. This is a one year commitment.
