This is a lease takeover. It’s a month’s rent ($2,100) plus a $1,900 deposit to move in. There’s a $20 application fee with the rental agency and we’re looking for immediate move in.

I had a cat in this apartment with no issue. Tenants on the first floor have a small dog.
