Room opening in a 2BR/1BA apartment in Bushwick

Hi, everyone:

I have a large room opening in a comfy and quiet 2 Br/1 Ba Bushwick apartment starting July 1st. This is a sublet that will be $1025 from month-to-month plus half utilities. You’d also need to pay a deposit. You’re welcome to stay as long as you like; in fact I’d prefer someone staying long term.

The room can be furnished or not, depending on what you need. It also comes with a walk-in closet. There’s a nice rooftop you can hang out on and there is a washer/dryer in the building. The apartment is a few blocks from the Knickerbocker Av M/Myrtle-Wyckoff L/ and Gates Av J. The common areas of the apartment has just about anything you'd need.

As far as myself, I’m in my mid-thirties and work for an independent film company. I’m quiet, respectful, and tidy. When I have downtime I enjoy reading, watching movies, and writing.

I’m open to living with just about anyone except for couples.
