We have lots of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, 24 hour mini market, post office, gym, yoga studios, rock climbing facility, art studios, laundry everywhere in the area.

This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys. An artist Marc who is super busy in his 30's and Kyle young professional in his mid 20's.

Looking for someone super chill, mature, financially stable, responsible, respectful, familiar with shared living, CLEAN (very important), reliable, organized, Drama-Free, LGBTQ friendly, willing to share roommate responsibilities and monthly expenses for households products and such. Someone who takes pride in where they live, even if it's for a split second.
We are not looking for large gatherings either, crazy parties or drugs in the house. We work really hard and want our home to be peaceful, clean and harmonious.

The room is spacious, it can fit a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and desk. It has a window, closet with draws, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, the rent for this room is $1300 per month plus utilities and wifi. This is a Long term commitment - one year minimum .

You would need the first month rent, security deposit, and qualified Guarantors are welcome. No broker fee.
