Room with Private Balcony and Bathroom!!

Just a few blocks from Irving Square Park and a 8 min walk to Halsey L. The building has a shared backyard, rooftop and laundry!

The apartment is long with the bedrooms on opposite sides and balconies on each end! The common spaces are furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked and my friends tell me it feels like home. The room that's available has its own small bathroom and closet!

I'm a musician, I work from home during the week and gig on the weekends. I'm originally from the midwest and have lived in Bushwick for 12 years! I'm quite clean and quite gay; to live with me, you certainly don't have to be gay but you definitely have to be clean.

May 1st move-in. One year lease begins June 1st. Rent + Security Deposit for move-in. You'll have to go through the whole credit check process with the building (cosigners are cool). I would entertain the idea of a shorter sublet agreement if you want to suggest a higher rent. No pets. No couples.
