Urgently seeking a roommate to join 6 month lease

We are looking for a third roommate to take over the lease with us on this charming Bushwick apartment.
The available room is 150 sqft, including a 10 sqft closet. One full bath shared with one other roommate.
The apartment is spacious and well-lit, with a large kitchen and separate living room.
Well-situated in Bushwick, less than 5 min walk from Wilson Ave station on the L train.
We are tidy, responsible and laid back, both working in the service industry. We've been living in the apartment for over a year, but need to re-apply as one of us is moving out at the end of the existing lease. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Rent: $950/month (total for the apartment is 3100).
Lease: June 1 - Nov 31
Deadline to apply end of April.
Must meet financial requirements.
