Sunny queen size bedroom with two windows, a closet, and room for a desk and dresser. Located on the same street right near the Jefferson L with a grocery store and laundry mat less than a block away!

I am looking for someone clean, chill, respectful ofc available to move in June 1st and preferably stay the full lease year. Females only, mid/late 20s preferred!

I have a hybrid 9-5 work schedule in the fashion industry and will be taking calls in my room when I work from home. I almost never have anyone over with the exception of occasionally my bf and like things quieter during the week!

You will need to be added to the lease and make the standard 40x or have guarantor.
