The vibe in the apartment is pretty chill - we all pitch in and participate in the upkeep of the apartment and are respectful of others' space/belongings. Must be LGBTQ friendly + cool with two very sweet and loving cats. They're used to an open-door policy as well, so bear that in mind! No other pets are welcome (unfortunately), though!
