We have a room opening up on June 16th in our 2-story 6 bedroom apartment in Bushwick.

- Insanely cool block with cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and murals everywhere
- Jefferson L is 1 block away and M is a 15 min walk
- LARGE apartment, high ceilings, 2 bathrooms, and a backyard with fire pit and BBQ
- Washer/dryer in apartment
- The basement room is in the back of the house and is quiet
> Rent is $1050/month + utilities (generally $40 - $70/month)
> Looking for someone long-term (at least 6 months), but it is a flexible, month-to-month arrangement - no lease. No couples!
- Previous renter selling bed, and mattress and desk, leaving dresser

Ideally, were looking to find someone who is friendly, laid-back, and clean. Current roommates work in the office or split remote/office. Apartment is usually pretty quiet, but we'll throw a party every once in a while. Current roommates hang out in the kitchen/huge living room, but there's not obligation to be social.
