Cozy room available in a spacious two bed two bath. My dog Dustin and I are seeking an individual to join our household. Looking for someone open to getting to know us! I work a 9-5 as a gardener so I'm gone during the day. Id describe myself as a clean individual so cleanliness is important to me. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who values open communication and is willing to contribute positively to our home dynamic.

Located in Bushwick conveniently between the J and the L, you'd have your own bathroom and a large closet. The bedroom is decently sized, a queen bed would comfortably fit. A window that gets some morning light overlooking the yard and space for an a/c unit. There is central heat but not a/c. The apartment is on the first floor so there is a yard accessible through my room. Slightly limited access to the backyard due to that. Completely finished other than the bedroom; any furniture you have for the shared spaces can be made room for! Nice sized living room and kitchen. Would need to be ok with a small dog, maybe the occasional feeding and letting out.

Rent for the apartment is 1347(2695 total) plus utilities split evenly between us. Due on the 15th of every month.
