Three bedroom in Bushwick

Hey so I am currently living in a three bedroom apartment right off the Dekalb L stop and am looking for someone to sign a year lease with me starting July 1st. It's a three bedroom apt so if you work remote you can use the middle bedroom as an office space or open to finding a third roommate. I'm looking for someone who is neat and responsible to renew the lease with me. I am very neat and organized and work in the office 5 days a week. I don't bring the party home and often come home and cook and watch TV. It's a nice quiet area but not far from the nightlife in Bushwick.

A little about me I'm 27 and work full time and am not very often home but I am looking for someone who is down to chat / have dinner with ( I love to cook).
