Bushwick Room For Rent Starting June 1, $1250

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our 1 year lease beginning June 1, 2024. We are located in Bushwick right off the M/J train. We are two mid-20s girlies who love going to the movies and host a book club once a month. We are obsessed with our pretty massive apartment and want someone who will keep the common area clean and is okay with dogs (we don't have one, but love to dog sit). No cats please and no subleasers/short-term! Rent is $1250 a month and the room is very spacious with a balcony! Apartment has elevator and laundry in-unit. Please message me if you're interested
