1 room available in cute apartment!

Hi! My roommate and I (two 33 year old girlies plus a pup!) have a room opening up in our apt in Bushwick (3 blocks from Halsey J) starting July 1, price is $915/month (+ utilities)
The apartment is the entire 2nd floor of a gorg pre-war building, W/D & dishwasher in the apt, big open living room/kitchen, additional storage space in living room closet/spare room.
Room is narrow, but long (7’ x 12’)
Looking for someone long term who is responsible, respectful, communicative, keeps common areas clean (big fan of a chore chart), covid aware/on top of vax/boosters, & wants to create a cute/comfy/chill home!
(Will need to be approved by the landlords)
We are open to other dogs, unfortunately no cats.
