I have a 1 bedroom available in Canarsie. The room. is safe and secure on the 1st floor of a 2 story house and is not a basement. Room is larger than in photo. Large closet. Approximately 15x 12. Shared bathroom during the day but nobody else will be using the shower at all. Only thing about this room is that there is no kitchen access. No Kitchen available. Fridge will stay in the room and new microwave and a desk no bed. Looking for someone who is not really home in the daytime. Great place to rest your head. Neighborhood is quiet. No smoking. Perfect for student or someone who don't cook. All utilities are included including wifi. I have 2 kids in the home but u will rarely see them as we are mostly in the 2nd floor unit.
