I am looking for a clean person with an easy going personality to be my roomie. minds your business, respectful, pays your bills ON TIME every month with no sob stories.

You’re clean, not super anal but enjoy things being tidy. If you can’t commit to a rotating cleaning schedule please don’t apply.

If you’re super sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you, this is a neighborhood rich in culture so a 8am reggae music from the neighbors is to be expected and tolerated!

You must be an impeccable communicator, do not apply if you’re a passive aggressive person and can’t have respectful adult conversations.

Gas, electricity, WiFi is split between the 2 roommates (cost fluctuates based on the season) budget 150-250 depending on the months.

2 cats live here— Papa bear 2yrs old and Lady bug 4months old, they are sweet and shy but will offer cuddles once they are comfortable.

This is a month to month agreement but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay a while. Min 4 months!! If you’re into love islands & housewives we’ll get along greattt but totally cool if you’re not.
