The apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance to PRATT University and just a few blocks away from Starbucks, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and yoga studios. It’s also a short stroll to Fort Green Park, Atlantic Mall Terminal, Barclays Center, and BAM, among other exciting locales. A brief 10–15-minute train ride can take you to downtown Manhattan. The neighborhood is known for its safety and tranquility. This location truly offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful living space close to vibrant city life.

Additionally, the apartment is just one block away from the G train, providing easy transfers to numerous other train lines. This makes commuting or exploring the city incredibly convenient.

The apartment features 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Share kitchen and bathroom.

There is a laundry facility and an elevator in the building for your convenience.

The bedroom offered is spacious and bright with a big closet and a large window overlooking the roof top (abundance of natural light). It features a heater, hardwood floors and high ceilings for your comfort. Additionally, an air conditioning is installed for your convenience. The room can be provided either furnished or unfurnished, according to your preference. We can furnish it with a twin bed, a desk, curtains, and a small bookshelf at no extra cost, should you require them. Note that the offered bedroom is spacious enough to fit a full size bed comfortably.

The rent is $970/month + security deposit. Gas, heat, and hot water is included in rent price. Wi-Fi and electricity run an additional $50-$60 per month on average, depending on AC usage.

We required the first month of rent + $970 security deposit in advance to secure the room.

Long term rental (12 months +). Proof of financial capability, picture ID and references from previous roommates and landlords are required.

We are seeking a female roommate who is clean, considerate, quiet, and responsible with bill payments. She should also be kind and drama-free. Our goal is to maintain the friendly and peaceful ambiance that we currently cherish in our apartment.
