-Less than 5 minute walk from multiple bus stops and subway stations. coffee shops, cafes, parks, grocery stores, bodegas, bars, shopping, Family Dollar all less than 1 minute walk in any direction.

Unit/Roommate Details:

- 1 CAT WILL BE LIVING IN UNIT WITH AN EXISTING MEMBER OF ORIGINAL LEASE (I typically am allergic, but was not to this particular cat)

-FULL-SIZE BATHROOM SHARED BETWEEN 3 ROOMS (two other roommates will be living in the unit, one is a 24-year old girl, and other is undecided/pending)

-UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT (water, WIFi, gas, electric, heat)

-IN-BUILDING LAUNDRY

-OPTION TO KEEP THE BEDROOM FURNISHED WITH QUEEN SIZED BED FRAME AND/OR MATTRESS AND DESK -no extra fee

**Sublet agreement will be agreed to and signed between myself and subletter exclusively, and separate from other tenant's lease**
