Clinton hill apartment for rent August 1 resign

Hey there! I'm looking for 3 roommates to join me in my fantastic 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in Clinton Hill. I've been living here for 2 years and it's been great. The move-in date is August 1, and it's a one-year lease. Rent is $1022 per room plus utilities (and deposit).
The apartment is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Franklin C stop. We have laundry in the building, bike storage, AC, a virtual doorman, roof access, and even a front yard. Pets are allowed (I foster dogs, so, unfortunately, no other dogs or cats). The rooms are unfurnished, and we've had no history of pests.
I'm hoping to find roommates who are tidy, considerate, and non-smokers.

A little about me - I'm 26. I've been living here for about 3 years. When not at work, I'm usually reading, crafting, or baking (I can make a mean chocolate chip cookie and love to share). I also love being a dog foster; it's a big passion of mine.
