Looking for a sublet for my room (in a 4 bed/2 bath) beginning August 1 and entire unit is available for a lease takeover in September. My roommates and I are all moving out at different points of the end of the summer. Our lease will end September 7, so it will be open as a lease takeover after this date.

The location is a block away from Dekalb Avenue with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Fort Greene Park is only a 10-minute walk away. It is also a 5-minute walk to the main Pratt University campus.
