Beautiful room available near Cobble Hill Park

My roommate and I - two working professionals in our thirties - are seeking a roommate to move in ASAP.

Our third-floor apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit on a beautiful street in Cobble Hill, steps away from the park. Oh, and there’s laundry in the building!

Your spacious room (9.5’x16’ with closet) looks out on the pristine street. The two other bedrooms are on the apartment’s other side, giving you privacy. For the size room and our location, this is an amazing deal!

Please note that our oven is no longer functioning. It is in the process of being replaced, but we have not secured an installation date.

One of your roommates is a TV recapper. Your other roommate works in fintech.

We drink socially, sometimes share a bottle of wine or some beers after work and both like to cook. This is a no-smoking, no pet apartment. Ideally we’re looking for someone who is respectful of others and of keeping common areas clean, cleans up after themselves, chips in on the occasional apartment expenses, and keeps the noise down when it gets late.

The apartment is a short walk from the Bergen Street F/G as well as the Borough Hall 2345 and Court Street R. We are less than three blocks away from Trader Joe’s, Sahadi’s, Key Foods, and several fruit and vegetable stands. Brooklyn Bridge Park and the new NYC ferry stop are also only 10 minutes away. In short, you are close to a lot what makes Brooklyn great and it is really easy to get to other places in the city.
