Hi! I am renewing a lease for a 4 bed/2.5 bath duplex for the next year starting July 1st.
The apartment has a big, bright living and dining room on the garden level, leading to our spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and ample storage. Out back from there we have access to a large private porch and a very green backyard we share with the next door neighbor. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom and a half bathroom and three bedrooms The room opening up for July 1st has two windows facing the backyard and is $900/month. It’s a little unique as it also shares a window for more daylight in the wall with our middle room but this quirk has been fine for roommates in the past. Happy to show it in person!
Since this apartment has three steps down to the first floor entrance and a flight that goes up to the rooms on the second floor, it is not accessibility friendly. Cats are allowed- I currently foster the very friendly Pickles (he’s up for adoption through Flatbush Cats!!)
We’ve made this townhouse feel homey and I’m looking to continue fostering a clean and friendly environment. The location is near everything on Franklin Ave and Nostrand Ave. There is also a Citi Bike nearby and we're pretty close to Prospect Park.
