176 Sq Ft 16X11 Room For Rent In 2 Bdrm Apt

Hi there! I’m temporarily subletting a 16x11 ft large room with high ceilings utilities included! It’s a 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights and 1 block from the 2, 3, or 5 train. It’s a 3 month sublet (at least), The room is available immediately. The rent is $1075 a month all together and first months rent, deposit and proof of income are required upon moving in.

The room is partially furnished, but that can change if you’ve got your own furniture. I am clean and respectful of shared spaces and noise in the apartment. Since I’m a visual artist who works from home often, I am looking for someone who will have that same neatness, chillness, and respect. Someone who's honest and a nice person is of course important as well. And please no consistent overnight guests. Inside the apartment, cannabis smoke is ok, cigarette smoke is not.
