1 Bed in 3BR Crown Heights Apt Sublet 6/08 - 7/13

Hi all - I'm subletting my room in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Crown Heights for 5 weeks while I'm traveling - from Saturday, June 8 - Saturday, July 13. Total for 5 weeks is $1270 ($254/week). Bills not included (but usually around $80).

Apartment is on the second floor of building (walkup), about 8 minute walk from Nostrand A/C, across the street from supermarket and 3 blocks from laundromat. Lots of great bars/restaurants/cafes around and great proximity to Brower Park, BK Museum, Brooklyn Botans, Prospect Park, etc. Other occupants are 2 female young professionals (26-27) who work primarily from home. LGBTQ+, overall very chill environment!

Room comes furnished with a full size bed, desk, mirror, etc. Closet will be empty for your clothes (Dresser will not be empty). Room does not come with AC, but you can bring your own unit or fans (because of direction of window, the room does not get an extreme amount of sun and stays relatively cool).

I've lived in this apartment for 3 years now and it's a really large living space for a super affordable price!! Please DM if interested -- we would love to set up an interview/apartment tour (virtual or in-person). Rental deposit necessary (ideally half - $635 - but negotiable).
