A big apartment for a big nerd!

Hi! Our names are Kristine and Abby and we're looking for a third roommate in our apartment in crown heights. We're both cis women in my early 30s and looking for someone to move in in July.

I'm from Long Island and Abby is from Michigan. have lived in this apartment for 3 years now; and with Abby for one. I work mostly in the morning/afternoon and Abby has a more traditional 9-5. We're both pretty introverted and enjoy being at home. I enjoy things like anime and fantasy TV; and like to kick back with some red wine. Abby loves to read, embroider and does arial silks in her free time. We are both LGBTQIA.

We're open to pets, but Abby has a cat named Erwin. Erwin can be a little standoffish but maybe she could use a friend.

This apartment is HUGE and the molding is to die for! We're on the 2nd floor of a 4fl walkup. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and is 11x9. It fits a full or queen sized mattress. The living room is 12 x16 with huge windows and a fire escape. In the building there is laundry in the basement and half a block away, as well as a gym. It's about a five minute walk to the A/C line in one way and ten to the supermarket in the other. The monthly rent is 1250, but that includes the approximate monthly utilities. We already have internet/gas/electric set up.
