This huge sunny bay window room in Crown Heights is available for a new tenant on June 1st, move in date negotiable. We are a 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat, located on the top floor of our building. 7 minutes walk from the 2,3,4,5 trains, 10 minutes from the LIRR, and 15 minutes from the A, and C. Beautiful residential Neighborhood. We have 1 cat, which is very friendly, but we won't be accepting more pets at this time. Please don't ask.

There are 5 of us all together, but the rooms are fairly far apart, and you would only have one immediate neighbor, then the living, dining, kitchen, and bath separate you from the rest. Message me for more information, or to set up a tour.

First and last month's rent required to move in. Utilities run around $70 dollars a month, and we hire a cleaning service up to once a month to deep clean the common areas. That ends up being $50 more.
