Room for rent.

My roommate and I are looking for a third person. The rent is $1350, the rooms are located in the back of the apartment so the noise level is minimal. The living area have lots of sunlight and there’s a nice space, there’s laundry in the basement, theres a microwave and dishwasher in the unit, My roommate is a bartender /server and I am Chef, we are hardly home, and if we do, we’re usually in our rooms. Each room has their own bathroom, but Third bedroom has a full bathroom.. We respect each other and clean up after ourselves. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term, and want to sign the lease with us. We are not looking to sublease or couples, preferably a male and no animals . Five minute walk to the 4,3 trains at Utica Avenue, it will take it 20 to 30 minutes to get in the city depending on where. Six minutes walk to blink on Utica. in the surrounding area, there’s restaurants, laundromats, churches, bars. it’s a safe neighborhood, it’s a hustle and bustle community in the daytime, but in the night it gets pretty quiet. available June 1.
