About me:
I'm a 27 year old gay guy who has been living in this apartment for 5 years now (it's really that good!). Graduated from college in 2019 and currently work in student affairs at a university and am a graduate student. I work M-F, 9AM-5PM, with a hybrid schedule (usually in-office 3 days a week, WFH 2). Extroverted but need my recharge time to myself as well. Into video games (mainly Nintendo), plants, Drag Race, decorating the apartment, and playing with my cat, Franklin.
My current roommates are aiming to move to the West Coast at the end of the lease, but I absolutely love this place and so want to find new roommates rather than a new unit.
The apartment is usually pretty quiet, but I do enjoy having a couple friends over on evenings/weekends. I have a cat, so I'm looking for someone else who loves furry friends :)
**Please note: landlord requires guarantors (co-signers) for new tenants**
I'm reasonably flexible, but dealbreakers include:
- If you cannot secure guarantors (unless you make 40x monthly rent)
- If you do not regularly help with basic chores (taking out trash, running/unloading dishwasher, cleaning bathroom, wiping down counters after use, etc.)
- Couples/partners - looking for individuals only.
