We have a shortterm sublet for 1 fully furnished bedroom in our 2bed-1bath apartment with a large balcony in Crown Heights available for sublet for 2 months (or flexible) duration, starting July 5th, 2024 till end of August 2024, at $2500/month or $700/week. I will be occupying the other bedroom in the house.

It's in an accessible neighborhood, with a few bars, cafes and restaurants around. It's a 3 minute walk to the Nostrand A/C station and 1 minute walk to the Nostrand LIRR station - 20 minutes walking to prospect park & <20 minutes into Manhattan and 30 minutes to Midtown Manhattan by the subway.

A little about us, and me - We're LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly. We're clean, very mindful of spaces and respecting space. We have a lot of plants at home, and we have a few friends across the city who love to drop by occasionally for dinner, drinks and conversation.
