The apartment itself is fully furnished, is really light with floor to ceiling windows and has an in-unit W/D and a dishwasher. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a big built-in closet and fits a queen and a dresser or desk.
It is super conveniently located within a 2-5 min walk to the ACFG/BD/QRN/456/123 subway lines as well as a Trader Joe’s and Target. The building has great amenities, including a 24/7 in person doorman, fully equipped gym+ yoga room, several rooftops and chill-lounges, a bike room, a coffee shop and is pet-friendly (for a fee) with a dog park.

About me: I’m 30 and work as an Editor while also doing my PhD at NYU. I work from home several days a week (usually 2-3 days). I keep regular bed times and in my spare time I love to explore the city, see my friends for dinner & drinks and enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party. I am clean, tidy and organized but not obsessive about it. Just be reasonable and communicate openly. Pets are very welcome, no smoking.
