THE ROOM: this room gets a lot of natural light! In previous times, this room has served as my guest room. It’s furnished with a relatively new queen bed kept in a protective slipcover purchased 1 year ago.

It also includes a new gray tufted headboard, side table, small desk & chair, lamp, a/c and bonus hanging clothing rack (additional shared hang closet space in the living room).

-This is an excellent situation for someone who is looking for someone that just wants to bring themselves. You’re welcome to bring additional furniture for the room to decorate as you see fit.

Utilities: gas, electric, water, WiFi included.

THE APARTMENT: is a 2-flight walk-up, fully furnished with an in-unit Washer & dryer, Baseboard heating, and A/C. The laundry closet and bathroom both give a good amount of space between our bedrooms.

*Cleanliness & organization is a high priority here! I clean frequently and expect us to equally share the cleaning responsibilities of the common areas.
—Typically, I buy in bulk but will split the cost of household cleaning supplies and paper.
The apartment is clutter-free the majority of the time; I’m big on fresh scents, fresh flowers, and candles. Also, there is a timed air purifier and mist diffuser in the common areas that run throughout the day.*

KITCHEN: Food, utensils, dishware/pots & gadgets, etc., are Not Shared.

However, there is ample kitchen space, and you’ll have your own 6 cabinets and 3 drawers for your stuff.

I'm a casual fan of 420 culture and tend to keep a low profile. I'm all about a chill relaxed atmosphere—"shoes off at the door," enjoying fresh aromas, music, plants, candles, wine, and positive vibez. My home is my haven, so I'm not the type to “Bring the party back Home”.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
I’m looking for another mature female roomie who is financially responsible, clean, and easy-going. Ideally, someone who is trustworthy, Does Not WFH and Currently Working in the NYC area.
