I have two rooms at this location and yea there is a broker fee required. Only serious renters only please!!!!
One has two windows and the other with no window but central air system inside of it located in Flatbush.
One room includes double bed, desk with chair, flat screen television and wifi.
There is a half month broker fee required for each room.
Must be serious about renting and please when contacting state occupation, salary and credit score please and paperwork ready. Landlord looking for someone at 35x times the rent with good credit score.
