Hi all!
My name is Alisa. I am an almost 4-year-old perfectly educated cat. It’ll take me a while to get used to you but I believe we become best friends. I like spending my free time on the balcony, observing birds, and basking in the sun.

My owner (she believes in it) is actively looking for a one person into another bedroom in our spacious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. And I decided to help her because she couldn’t cope with it 😊

So, about our home:
The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Your room (highlighted on the floor plan in yellow color) is large and has huge windows and tons of natural light. It includes two closets and can fit a quin-size bed, desk + additional furniture. You’ll find modern fixtures, ceramic tiles, and a luxurious tube in the bathroom.
The kitchen boasts custom cabinets, stone countertops, a dishwasher, and sleek stainless-steel appliances. The unit is a 3rd-floor walkup and has hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay windows, and a balcony. There is a laundry on the premises.

Location:
- 2 short blocks/<4 min walk to Church Ave Station (2/5)
- 15-20 min walk to other Church Ave Station (B/Q)
- 20-25 min walk to Prospect Park
- About 20 min to Atlantic Center, 45 min to Chelsea/Flatiron, 45 min to Bryant Park by subway
- There are a lot of shops, cafes, banks, and other facilities around.

About my “owner”:
She is a 40-year-old female. She works hard for a financial company and has an office schedule.
She likes reading, watching movies, walking in parks, visiting museums, and playing with me (I like this part the most). She is calm, and reliable, loves cleanliness, and respects private space. She doesn't invite noisy guests and doesn't host parties. For us, a home is a place where we can relax.

We are looking for a roommate of a similar temperament to my owner.
Other pets are allowed but I am afraid of dogs, so we are ready to consider only tenants with a maximum of 1 cat. Unfortunately, no dogs.

Rent: $1550/month.
Utilities: electricity and internet are not included in the rent and will be shared.
Deposit: $1550.
Move-in date: Jul 01, 2024.

The landlord’s requirements:
- Credit score is at least 680.
- Income is at least three times the monthly rent.
