Currently renting out one of the 3 rooms in my apartment.
It’s a 3 bed 3 bath (Private bathroom is not inside bedroom)
5 min walk to 2/5 subways.
Washer + dryer in unit
ideal roommate:
-someone older; late 20's and up
-does not work from home
-clean, tidy, and respectful!!!!!
-doesn't do too much cooking
-keeps to yourself mostly
-vegetarian or vegan (not required, but highly preferred!!!!)
about me:
-late 30s
-working professional with a constant changing schedule
-caring and thoughtful
