Natural light, backyard, spacious closet and extra storage available. Pet friendly. There is a washer/dryer in the building.

The apartment is located two blocks away from Grand St with tons of restaurants and bars. Walking distance from downtown Williamsburg, with lots of stores and places to hang out, the parks and the waterfront. The apartment is incredibly conveniently located to 4 major train lines.

We're open to all roommates. We're all creative types in film/theatre industry. You'd be sharing the floor with a film producer.
